Salt Lake City Engagement : Brok+Kelsie : Utah Wedding Photographer
For starters, these two have some of the biggest hearts! Our initial session was scheduled a little over a week before we actually shot these. I had woken up the morning of our session feeling like I got hit by a train. I was still able to shoot of course, but I asked if they'd be willing to switch to a day when I felt a little bit better. They not only agreed, but happily agreed, and were so kind and understanding about it! Turned out I had strep throat and an ear infection that one doctor incorrectly diagnosed, or rather, just completely ignored my symptoms and sent me on my way. It wasn't until a second appointment with a different doctor that I finally was diagnosed correctly and given medication to actually start healing. Long story short, we shot Brok+Kelsie's session this past weekend in one of the most beautiful places in Utah in my opinion. Not only that, but it was blue skies as far as the eye could see and 60 degrees. I am completely in love and enamored with how gorgeous this place is! I am counting down the days until this darling couple's June wedding! Here are a few sneak peeks of their session!

Park City Engagement : Wade+Chelsea : Utah Wedding Photographer
I had such a lovely time shooting with this darling couple this past week. As most of you in Utah know, our "Winter" hasn't really existed much this year. Until, the beginning of this past week that is. Coincidentally right before Wade + Chelsea's session! They didn't particularly want snow for their engagements, but if there's one thing I say about Utah, is it's predictable for being unpredictable (with the weather of course). But I must say, these two embraced it like they had wanted a snowy engagement all along! Working with couples like that just make my job so easy. The idea of being open to all the elements and possibilities just keeps everything so stress free and happy! I couldn't be more excited to shoot with Chelsea again for her bridals in April and their wedding in May!

Provo Couples Session : David+Lindsay : Utah Wedding Photographer
If these two look familiar, it's because I photographed their engagements and bridals/groomals back in 2013! I was beyond excited when Lindsay emailed me about shooting a couples session for them just recently. It's always so fun working with past clients and catching up!
Lindsay and David did such a wonderful job with outfits. Seriously though, I was losing it over her darling outfits!! Aren't they amazing??
This time of year, between Winter and Spring when there isn't snow and nothing is green quite yet, is still absolutely GORGEOUS. Every season here in Utah has so much to offer and is so unique in it's own way. I love shooting in all the seasons because they all have so much to offer. Look at those warm colors and beautiful light!
Thank you David+Lindsay for letting me shoot with you two again!! :)

Salt Lake City Engagement : Neal+Alissa : Utah Wedding Photographer
I have a problem guys. I'm so obsessed with Neal and Alissa's session that I just sat at my computer for an inordinate amount of hours editing and editing away! Haha! That's a great problem to have. :)
So I met these two a few weeks back to book their May wedding. Alissa wanted a classy, editorial type look that downtown Salt Lake City has to offer. I couldn't have been happier! A funny little story though.. all last week I was watching the weather super closely (as I always do for sessions), and it was sunny and 60's as far as the eye could see. Then, 40 with snow and rain was the forecast for Monday. You can imagine my anxiety. I know Utah is very predictable for being unpredictable, so I knew it would likely clear up. We did have some incredibly cold wind, but no snow or rain!
Alissa and Neal were are so much fun and I'm counting down the days until their bridals/groomals! Seriously though, look at their amazing outfits! I can't even! They are truly naturals in front of the camera. I'm guessing they model on the side. :)
